I have never encountered serious technical difficulties while withdrawing or depositing money. The system is quite stable, and the interface is user-friendly. It's satisfying since you can count on the tool to complete your business. **What do you dislike about PayConex?** The only weakness of PayConeX is the incapability of detailed reports. The current reports I have are rather elementary and to delve into and understand the trends, I need to have a more deeper analysis than what this reports' layout permits. This results to getting shades on what is effectively my overall finances rather than full exposure. **What problems is PayConex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Through PayConeX I don't have to worry about processing payments as the transactions are all streamlined. This way, I save myself the time and wheel of time that were going through the previous systems that used. The ability to print from another source would still make it a valuable feature. ### 2. They do try their best to assist. **What do you dislike about PayConex?** The lack of t underutilization of features limits its potential. the transaction history doesnt seem to be as well documented as claimed. **What problems is PayConex solving and how is that benefiting you?** PayConex issue of payment processing by providing a user platform. Some of the features are not utilized because of this and I feel like they would be used more if it was more user-friendly. **What problems is PayConex solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are connecting our credit card machine to the payment system so that we can track payments, print receipts, and process refunds if needed. It is so easy to use and I think that with more training all the features could be utilized more effectively. ### 5. This allows for a seamless auto transfer to our business account on the selected option date. For example payments do not have to be once a month, they can be bi-weekly, annually, the first Monday of every month, ect. **What do you dislike about PayConex?** The only issue I have with payconex is that the bluefin attachment can give us some issues at time. Hard to wipe a card or may not read it. Not able to use apple or samsung pay (mobile) **Recommendations to others considering PayConex:** If you are looking for a card reading and payment system for your office payconex is the one for you. They have easy customer service calls as well as well documented transaction history. Well worth the money! **What problems is PayConex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having to manually input payments into the patients account after the patient. Bluefin is attached to our software so it gives us real time payment updates. ### 8. You will not find lower rates. Very knowledgeable staff that went above and beyond to get us set up with little to no work on our end. **What problems is PayConex solving and how is that benefiting you?** online payments, saving a large amount of money on their low low swipe rates (literally the lowest in the entire industry,) one swipe/no signing or pins/ no hassle checkout process with our patients, secure card storage, detailed receipts. we are a paperless office and rely on up-to-date companies acquiring new technology to help us maintain and achieve that goal. ### 10.
