PawfectNotes Reviews & Product Details

PawfectNotes is a veterinary AI scribe that listens to the appointment and writes the record — SOAP notes, client discharge summaries, call summaries, referral letters, surgery notes, dental charts and ultrasound reports — so veterinarians finish charting before they leave the building. FREE FOREVER, NOT A 14-DAY TRIAL The free plan includes 50 sessions every month, permanently, with no credit card required. It never expires. Paid plans start at $29 per vet per month billed annually ($39 monthly) for 100 sessions, and unlimited notes are $59 per vet per month billed annually ($69 monthly) — roughly half what comparable veterinary AI scribes charge. THE SAME MODEL ON EVERY PLAN Free users get identical transcription and note quality to paid users. The plans differ in volume, not in what the AI can do. YOU PAY FOR VETERINARIANS, NOT FOR PEOPLE Seats are counted per veterinarian. Technicians, CSRs, receptionists and practice managers get free, unlimited accounts on every plan including the free one. Support accounts do not generate notes of their own — they record, view and edit on behalf of a veterinarian — so a tech can start the consult recording or tidy a note before the vet signs it, and a five-vet practice buys five seats rather than seventeen. 41 LANGUAGES UNDERSTOOD, 38 WRITTEN PawfectNotes understands 41 languages when spoken and writes the note in 38 of them. It handles a single consult that moves between two or three languages — Spanglish, Franglais, Hinglish — and can transcribe in one language while producing the written record in another. Spoken languages include English, Spanish, French, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Portuguese, German, Japanese, Korean, Italian, Dutch, Arabic, Bengali, Bulgarian, Czech, Danish, Greek, Estonian, Persian, Finnish, Hebrew, Hindi, Croatian, Hungarian, Indonesian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Malay, Norwegian, Punjabi, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian, Swedish, Tagalog, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Afrikaans and Vietnamese. WORKS WITH YOUR PIMS 19 integrations, including ezyVet, Vetport, AVImark, Shepherd, Vetspire, Provet Cloud, Navetor, ImproMed, Pulse, Petbooqz, DaySmart, OpenVPMS, ClienTrax, VetFM, VetMaster, SmartVET and PorNav.
