Capterra podaje też, że dane dostawcy zostały zweryfikowane przez ich Software Research team. Jest natomiast ważna rzecz do poprawienia. Obecny opis zaczyna się: “Paw Manager is a cloud-based and web-based platform built for pet care businesses. It brings together appointment scheduling…” To nie opisuje Paw Managera prawidłowo. Paw Manager nie jest systemem dla salonów/pet-care businesses i nie opiera się na appointment scheduling. Wygląda na opis przygotowany przez Capterrę na podstawie błędnej klasyfikacji lub automatycznie zebranych informacji. Dlatego nie tworzymy żadnego nowego profilu Capterra. Ten profil już istnieje. Teraz trzeba uzyskać dostęp producenta i poprawić przede wszystkim opis oraz sprawdzić kategorię. Na tym ekranie przewiń na samą górę profilu i podeślij mi screen górnej części — chcę zobaczyć, czy Capterra pokazuje tam „Claim this profile” / „Claim your free profile” / „Visit Website” albo podobną opcję. To praktycznie na pewno efekt dzisiejszego zgłoszenia. Czyli wcześniejsze przejście przez formularz G2 Digital Markets rzeczywiście spowodowało utworzenie/aktualizację profilu również na Capterrze. Nie musimy Paw Managera zgłaszać drugi raz. Co więcej, Capterra prawidłowo umieściła go w Kennel Software i dodała przesłane materiały. Problemem pozostaje tylko ten błędny opis o „pet care businesses” i „appointment scheduling”. Na tym ekranie nie widzę przycisku Claim. Najrozsądniej będzie teraz dokończyć proces przejęcia profilu G2 — wniosek już wysłaliśmy i G2 podało do 3 dni roboczych. Po uzyskaniu dostępu sprawdzimy panel G2 Digital Markets i zobaczymy, czy z niego można zarządzać również wpisem Capterry. Na Capterrze na razie niczego więcej nie zgłaszaj. Profil istnieje, ma właściwą kategorię Kennel Software, zdjęcia i został zaktualizowany dzisiaj.
