"Patchworks is our primary iPaaS solution for a reason"
What do you like best about Patchworks?

Having reviewed and worked with a variety of iPaaS solutions, we selected Patchworks thanks to its reliability, modern architecture (particularly with the upgrade to CORE) and the level of service the PW team provide to enable our team and our merchants.

It is relatively easy to use, speeds up our project delivery and gives our clients a reliable integration layer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Patchworks?

It would be nice if Patchworks had an enablement team in APAC, having said that, as one of their partners, we are largely able to provide this as a service to merchants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Integrations and Automation, But Needs Smoother UI for Advanced Tasks"
What do you like best about Patchworks?

Patchworks is a reliable, well-structured integration platform that bridges systems like NetSuite, Futura, Magento 2, and Peoplevox seamlessly once the flows are configured properly. The data transformation capabilities and automation logic behind their connectors are strong, helping to stabilise complex ERP and retail ecosystems. The recent updates to the UI and error tracking have made monitoring flows far easier, and the team has been responsive to change requests and quick fixes when required. It’s particularly effective for managing large transaction volumes without constant manual intervention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Patchworks?

The platform still requires technical intervention for certain configurations or data fixes that could ideally be handled through the UI. Error logs sometimes need deeper investigation, which demands understanding of the underlying JSON payloads. Also, change deployment between environments could be smoother — currently it still depends on developer handover. Documentation could go deeper in some areas, especially around edge-case handling for multi-system integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
