I use Patch My PC for auto updating and application deployment, which saves me and my team a lot of hours as we can focus on other things instead of looking for updates and manually deploying them. I really appreciate how user-friendly it is, and their support is excellent! The auto-updating feature is particularly valuable since it handles updates for lots of different applications, making the process much more efficient. I love that Patch My PC scans all the software in use in my organization and shows me which apps are available in its app catalog, making it easy to identify which ones to deploy. The reports I receive are great because they tell me when updates were deployed and include the release notes. It's been a huge timesaver since I no longer have to manually check apps like Google Chrome and Firefox for updates to package and deploy with Intune. The Discovery feature showing which apps are in use and on how many devices is also something I love. Plus, I found the initial setup extremely easy and was impressed with how quickly I could get set up and deploy my first app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the simple, user-friendly interface - it makes deploying applications and assignments very straight forward with no requirement of coding, reg keys, group policies or anything complex that would be needed to do the same work without Patch My PC.

I also really rate their customer support - both times I've needed help they have scheduled engineers on to a call with me and they were more than happy to help. They didn't just answer my questions but went above and beyond to review my current settings and make suggestions to my enviroment to improve how I use their tool. There is a wide variety of options to use which can feel a little overwhelming at the start. The documentation is good but can be a little unclear if you are new to deploying a patch tool. We've now moved to the Enterprise Plus subscription so have access to the Cloud deployment which I'm finding much easier to use. We can also deploy apps to MacOS devices which saves a huge amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the easy-to-use interface of Patch My PC, especially compared to Intune. It is intuitive, and you don't have to search long to find functions. Additionally, I appreciate that Patch My PC can automatically update software, saving us from manually updating all clients.
