I can also see the progress of the users' payments which is very helpful. Plus, I don't need to worry about late payments or fees because Partial.ly reminds me when payments are due. **What do you dislike about Partial.ly?** What I dislike about Partial.ly is that it can be easily accessed. This makes it easy for customers to view their payment details and change their payment plans, which can make it difficult for us to keep track of their customers' payments. Additionally, Partial.ly lacks features such as automated payment reminders or late fees, which can be important for businesses to collect their payments on time. **What problems is Partial.ly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can easily process payment through Partial.ly. I can process refund and charge the user easily. Partial.ly also allows me to set up payment plans and payment schedules, making it easier to manage customer payments. It is best if you want to pay in installments but the best feature that I liked was, it will also you both e-commerce and invoicing! Now you are allowed to easily shop and pay in partial payments. **What do you dislike about Partial.ly?** Even tho this application allows you to invoice and improve cash flow, I don't find it user-friendly. As a new user if I am logging in on partial.ly I will want to definitely skip the feature because I have no user guide. **What problems is Partial.ly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Partial.ly is a very attractive application as it has integration for both vendors and sellers plus, it even allows you to do invoicing. With so many integrations it makes this one-stop shop. ### 3. Even paying a huge amount in one shot is pain. But Partial.ly resolves my issue in a very smoother manner. Also Integration with Woocommerce and Other e-commerce was simple. **What do you dislike about Partial.ly?** There is no integration with Shopify, and most of the clients I work with use the Shopify platform. Price plan explaination is not good. And transection price is very high as it has no built in security. It’s a great payment option. The customer can pay off their purchase within three months or shorter. Partial.ly’s customer service is excellent and the respond quickly. **What do you dislike about Partial.ly?** Your use of the platform is not insured. Therefore you have to be aware of the types of payments customers use, for instance, bank cards. There has been an influx of fraudulent orders where the customer will file a chargeback and we have no way of fighting it. So the customer gets their money back and keeps the item. **What problems is Partial.ly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Partial.ly is a great way for retailers to supply a payment plan option for people who may not be able to make large payments.
