Our collections keep going up and up! This system is incredible - it is easy to set up and use, and streamlined our entire operations. Sending out and updating contracts is a breeze - everything is digital and accessible from the cloud. I can access ParentLocker daily from my phone, laptop, and office computer. From filling out applications/forms, to enrolling each grade, to monitoring payments, the system simply can't be beat. We were on three previous financial systems and this one is far superior! **What do you dislike about ParentLocker?** To customize a report, you need to email their support team. They are generally quick to reply and help run the report, but would be ideal if the interface for a school specific report showed up on my side bar. **What problems is ParentLocker solving and how is that benefiting you?** ParentLocker is helping us keep track of our student contracts and collections in an easy, in your face manner. Every family's obligation is clearly laid out - the system integrates the SIS with the financials seamlessly. ### 2. The finance module manages tuition payments, incidential charges like lunch and transporation, purchases for activities, scholarship applications, and other credits. The admissions module manages new applicants and brings them through the evaluation process for our team. Our admin, faculty and teachers can send professional emails to their classes, by grade or division, groups or the entire school based on the permissions we set. ### 3. We utilize it for tracking tuition payments, managing admissions, and monitoring attendance. Additionally, we use it for sending out school emails and updating school directories. **What do you dislike about ParentLocker?** We would like parent locker to be able to run a report as of a certain date. For example, if we run a tuition collection payment through 8/31/24 we want it to ONLY show data through 8/31/24. If we run a report to see whats open on 8/31/24 on 12/3, we dont want to see whats open as of 12/3, we want to see whats open as of 8/31/24 NOT through 12/3 **What problems is ParentLocker solving and how is that benefiting you?** I know you are always tweaking admissions items so thats helpful Although I do not use it directly, I know Yavneh Academy as a whole relys heavily on your admissions section. ### 4. The software also offers families to login and access other communication avenues, such as sighing up for Covid Assurance testing. **What do you dislike about ParentLocker?** I have two frustrations when using ParentLocker as a grade book. First issue is that when I open the gradebook, it doesn't always open to the current term. I wish it had a default to open to the term last used. Secondly, I haven't found a way to copy assignments, either within the class or across my classes. That is a feature I have used with other similar programs. **Recommendations to others considering ParentLocker:** ParentLocker offers many features and depending on the size and needs of your institution, it can be an asset to your staff and families. **What problems is ParentLocker solving and how is that benefiting you?** The graphics are clean and simple, and it, of course, analyzes student grade averages. ### 20.
