Ease of use, automation of payments, and reporting. Our collections keep going up and up! This system is incredible - it is easy to set up and use, and streamlined our entire operations. Sending out and updating contracts is a breeze - everything is digital and accessible from the cloud. I can access ParentLocker daily from my phone, laptop, and office computer. From filling out applications/forms, to enrolling each grade, to monitoring payments, the system simply can't be beat. We were on three previous financial systems and this one is far superior! To customize a report, you need to email their support team. They are generally quick to reply and help run the report, but would be ideal if the interface for a school specific report showed up on my side bar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Parent Locker very easy to use; it serves as a great one-stop shop for keeping track of various school-related functions. We would like parent locker to be able to run a report as of a certain date. For example, if we run a tuition collection payment through 8/31/24 we want it to ONLY show data through 8/31/24.

If we run a report to see whats open on 8/31/24 on 12/3, we dont want to see whats open as of 12/3, we want to see whats open as of 8/31/24 NOT through 12/3 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
