Parcel tracker has made a huge difference in how quickly we process and hand out these parcels, saving us hours every day. Parcel tracker also takes away any confusion regarding discrepant parcels. Uploading hundreds of individuals takes seconds not days. Monitoring the statistics of busy periods for delivery and collection are at your fingertips and it is loved by staff and our clients! The only downfall is based on the user group, if you used IT systems regularly, you will love this; you don't even need to be that tech-savvy, however, for individuals that struggle with facebook etc they will need a few training sessions before they get the hang of it. With that said all of my team love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Parcel Tracker Mailroom solving and how is that benefiting you? Staffing levels for deliveries and collections are easy to see now. Students not being aware their parcels are here because they don't sign-up/ register with the previous system.
