Easy to upload lists and edit them as required. We have a concierge who is backfilled for vacation and sick time, so we need to teach new folks how to use the system all the time. Very intuitive and easy for us. We have variable periods of volume, so I switch between the free and paid subscriptions, so we only pay for what we need.
