What do you like best about Parasoft Jtest?

The automation really helps create a baseline for our coding test standards which was helpful to work with! The tests are great to then build more off to be more specific and accurate for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Parasoft Jtest?

I struggled with understanding how licensing the software worked. There are a lot of tiers and separate entities that go along with each license so understanding what we had was a bit difficult to figure out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Parasoft Jtest?

Easy to setup, Awesome community, Longer shelf life, Support team was always available for all of our silly questions.

The reports generated was very descriptive and useful at the organization level for reviews and quality standard review.

What do you dislike about Parasoft Jtest?

There are some legacy features with stubs generation which needs to be updated more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Start using it. It may take some time for you to start running but once you are all up and running you will start loving it and find it better than many other products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Parasoft Jtest solving and how is that benefiting you?

Unit testing was automated using JTest in my previous company and it was always easy to get it done for any changes which we were implementing.

Static Analysis is better than Sonar, but this is just my belief :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Parasoft Jtest solving and how is that benefiting you?

Code Review - A developer can effortlessly identify code bugs with Jtest. Apart from report generation, it also provides us a detailed overview of the issue and sample fix. JTest can be appended to the CICD pipeline easily as it blends well with tools like ANT, Maven, SVN, and GIT. With DTP and PIE addon, we can generate a project Dashboard and exhibit it to the Management team in few steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
