PaperThread Reviews & Product Details

PaperThread is an AI PeopleOps Operator that helps HR and People teams manage the work that happens between their existing systems. Instead of replacing your HRIS, payroll, hiring or workplace tools, PaperThread connects the information, requests, approvals and actions across them. It works across HR, payroll, ATS, policies, documents and workplace tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams, giving People teams one connected way to manage day-to-day operations. Teams can use PaperThread to answer HR questions using connected sources, identify payroll and onboarding risks, route employee requests and approvals, chase outstanding actions, manage policy acknowledgements and keep PeopleOps workflows moving. PaperThread goes beyond a traditional HR chatbot or AI assistant. It is designed to check relevant systems and documents, understand the context behind a request, determine the next step, route sensitive actions for approval where required and keep a clear record of what happened. Every question, source check, approval, action and outcome can be captured in a Thread, giving HR teams greater visibility and control across their People operations. PaperThread is built for lean HR and People teams that want to reduce manual admin, spend less time checking and chasing across systems, and get more value from the tools they already use.
