Nothing, I like everything! The only that might be a downside for some users is that it's very dev. So if you are not a developer or someone who is familiar with code, git and these concepts, you might have a hard time using some of the features. And in general, even the non-dev features seem more professionally oriented and might be more difficult to use for basic users(who have never made a website and have never coded). But then again, as I can see, it's made for developers and business customers, I don't think it's aimed at basic users, so if you are not a professional user or if you have never done this before, it might not be for you, but otherwise, it's one of the best I have used, it's amazing! We canceled this service months ago. We even received an email confirmation from our Pantheon account representative that states no further charges would be made to the account. Now, they are claiming we failed to use the proper method to notify them of cancellation, and since it's now past the 90 day renewal notice period, they're trying to charge the client thousands of dollars for a whole year of unwanted services. This is very aggressive and abusive behavior. Buyer beware... once Pantheon gets its hooks in you, they intend to make it very hard for you to end the relationship and position their contractual language not to protect themselves from unforeseen circumstances but to extract payments from their customers.
