Packing List Generator Reviews & Product Details

Packing List Generator is a simple, offline tool for exporters, factory shipping clerks, trading companies and sourcing agents who prepare a packing list for every shipment and want something faster and less error-prone than a spreadsheet. Enter each line's product name, spec/model, unit, quantity, quantity per carton, number of cartons, gross weight, net weight and CBM, and total cartons, total G.W., total N.W. and total CBM are added up for the whole shipment as you type. Save your company details once and they appear as the shipper on every packing list; add the consignee's name, address and contact per shipment. Each packing list also holds the document number, date, trade terms (FOB, CIF, EXW, CFR, FCA, DDP) and notes for shipping marks, container type or handling instructions. Document numbers are suggested by date, and you can clone a packing list for a repeat shipment. Export any packing list as a clean PDF, and switch the interface and PDF labels between English and Chinese. Weights are in KG and volume in CBM. Nothing to install: it runs in your browser, and your documents stay on your own computer. Sold as a one-time purchase with a lifetime license (2 activations), no subscription. It does not file customs declarations or book shipments.
