Paceflow Reviews & Product Details

Paceflow is a performance management platform built specifically for engineering leaders, designed to replace subjective, memory-based reviews with evidence from how the team actually works. It integrates with Jira, GitHub/Bitbucket, Linear, ClickUp, and Slack to automatically pull delivery metrics, peer feedback, and review history into one place, so managers spend less time manually gathering data and more time acting on it. Peer feedback is collected directly from Slack, and reports compare productivity, metrics, and feedback across time and between team members, giving managers a clearer, more defensible picture than annual self-reports alone. The platform also supports building structured growth paths with defined skill expectations and data-backed progression criteria, helping teams move beyond vague praise toward evidence-based development.
