"Effortless Email Management with Stellar Support"
What do you like best about Paced Email?

What I love most about Paced Email is the security. I have my team members managing different email accounts, and they have very well scrutinized access levels. The access levels are very specific to the email they are handling, so they don't interact with other domains or emails in my business. That level of security is very important to me and I find it particularly appealing. I also really love the ability to have my team members on Paced Email. You can manage your Paced Email accounts just like normal email accounts because it has features like the mailbox, sent folder, spam folder, and all that. It's really amazing, beautiful to use, and very affordable. The initial setup is so easy and intuitive. The support is incredible, and any issues are fixed with the speed of light. I really appreciate the support, and they keep in touch. Everything is very clear and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paced Email?

I think the spam feature needs improvements. I don't want to receive emails that Paced Email has already diagnosed as spam. I want those spam emails to stay within Paced Email and not reach my Gmail account. This way, I can check the spam folder on Paced Email whenever I have time, and mark any necessary emails as not spam. Although the software is really good at identifying spam emails, I feel it's better if they don't reach my endpoint email account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, privacy-first email aliasing with focused digests"
What do you like best about Paced Email?

• The core batching model works cleanly: create unique aliases, route messages into scheduled digests, and decide whether delivery is daily, weekly, or monthly without fiddly setup overheads.

• Alias creation is fast and flexible, supporting unlimited addresses and usernames, which makes compartmentalizing sign-ups, newsletters, and trials straightforward.

• Custom domains are first-class; wiring a personal or business domain into the flow preserves identity while still benefiting from paced delivery.

• Rules are practical rather than gimmicky: bypass the pacing for first-message verifications, forward, ignore specific senders, or add extra recipients to a digest when collaboration requires visibility.

• The web mailbox plus browser extensions reduce context switching and let me spin up aliases in seconds in the middle of a sign-up flow.

• Integrations cover the automation sweet spot: Zapier, Pabbly Connect, and webhooks enable lightweight workflows without introducing vendor lock-in.

• The founder is really Great: present, available, and of a rare kindness! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paced Email?

I can't find anything I don't like at the moment; the feature set is consistent, stable, and the design choices tend to prioritize simplicity, reliability, and attention control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Protect Your Important Email Address"
What do you like best about Paced Email?

Paced is a great platform to reduce the amount of junk email you get. When you need to enter an email on some unknown site you can use your Paced Email address rather than expose your real email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paced Email?

Nothing, good tool by a good founder who looks after users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An Awesome Way to Approach Email, and Backed by a Top-Notch Founder"
What do you like best about Paced Email?

Once a domain is set up, it's incredibly quick and easy to create new inboxes on that domain. Having the ability to receive consolidated digests at any time of your choosing is also awesome from a productivity standpoint. In terms of support, the dev is A+++ and responses are rapid and super friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paced Email?

The only thing that I feel Paced is lacking is giving users the ability to respond to forwarded emails and have it show up in the recipient's inbox as having come from the user's domain (instead of Paced). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"You may never reach inbox zero, but you can get dang close to a clutter-free one with Paced Email"
What do you like best about Paced Email?

🔥 Create aliases (burner emails) so you can safely subscribe to newsletters and turn off/delete anytime without annoying follow-ups or finding that unsubscribe buttons.

👆 Chrome extension: Pretty easy to create burner email. 1 extra step is to choose how often you want to receive your digest.

Paced Emai's USP:

📈 You can read your emails in your mailbox or in the Paced Email dashboard too.

⏰ Schedule to receive newsletters daily/weekly/monthly. "Instead of 10 email pings across the day, you get one digest to your real email at 2 pm." - Rikki, Paced Email founder.

💨 Real-time delivery: For those who want to receive the newsletters as soon as it lands, you can now do it by setting rules to skip the inbox for each burner email 😱 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paced Email?

"The saviour of my inbox!"
What do you like best about Paced Email?

Multiple aliases, emails can be turned into digests and sent weekly, monthly or even paused.

I can store emails in the mailbox and stop my main account from becoming polluted with emails.

They even have a chrome extension! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paced Email?

That I didn't sign up for more accounts when it was cheaper, I underestimated how much it could benefit me. I also didn't start using it until 6 months after I signed up! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Take control of your email inbox!"
What do you like best about Paced Email?

Paced Email is an incredible piece of software and I'm glad that I stumbled upon it accidentally. It is one of those tools that you don't realise you need, but once you start using, you can't live without.

With the help of Paced Email, I've finally taken control of my email inbox. It makes sure I don't keep on getting random newsletters throughout the day. Rather, it collates them and send a single digest that you can check when you want. This has helped me immensely to stay focused.

Although Paced Email was not inteended to be used as a burner email, it can do the job. So, then next time I want to register for a trial without revealing my real email addess, I turn to Paced Email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paced Email?

It's not often that a software is so perfect. But Paced Email is, for my needs. There's absolutely nothing that I dislike about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Paced Email: Saves me 5 Precious Hours Every Week!"
What do you like best about Paced Email?

I love Paced Email because it allows me to manage my inbox without unduly burdening me with unwanted emails. I love that I can use it as a personal email address so that I can get rid of the clutter, or use it anonymously so that I don't have to worry about people finding out that I'm using it. I also love that it's affordable and that I can batch my emails into digests and alerts per my preferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paced Email?

It's a fantastic tool so don't get me wrong. I would buy it 100 times over. That said, when you first get started you will need to either update your current email subscriptions or use auto-forwarding for each of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Tool"
What do you like best about Paced Email?

Previously I was so annoyed with promotional emails that it gave me a headache, but I found paced mail. I am so happy that I found Paced Email. At first I doubted whether this tool could solve my problem, but after only using it for a few days, I quickly realized that it is a tool that can help me filter out promotional emails that have been bugging me for a long time. This tool has helped me take control of my incoming emails and got me back into focus in my work as a marketer! the thing I really like, paced email sends very important emails to my main account and delays less important promotional emails Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paced Email?

there's nothing I don't like, all good and easy to understand Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing email capabilities I didn´t even know existed"
What do you like best about Paced Email?

What I like the most about paced.email is the way I can generate multiple email accounts and sign up for newsletters and other services ensuring that my most important inboxes are not cluttered with spam or unwanted communications daily. This is a true gem when it comes to managing emails every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Paced Email?

There is nothing I dislike about this software at this moment, it has everything that I was hoping for and then some. The founder Rikki is just extremely approachable and he´s always ready to help with questions, something other software companies only dream of providing their customers someday. Excellent customer support is another plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
