The UI is fairly intuitive and works great. Another project that I was associated with was using this tool and I was pretty impressed by how easy is this software to use. It definitely provides a good and a clean way to combine all of our project management needs at one destination. Prior to this, we have been using sticky notes, oral tracking and some other crude tracking methods. However, with Hansoft, Agile management is more structured. Flexibility. Hansoft is highly flexible, and the only product I evaluated that permitted combinations of Agile/SCRUM and classical scheduling within a single project.

-Interfaces: misleadingly poor GIT integration (doesn't integrate with major GIT vendors like GITHub, BitBucket etc.)

-Weak permissions model (not enough granularity)

Administrator part of Hansoft. More focus should be put into making it easy to administrate. User groups can only be set by administrators, should be possible for main managers also. Better visualization in terms of creating an atonomy of US and Epics. The backlog can be quite huge after a while so some sort of scrubbing feature would be much appriciated. Shares system is terrible and make upgrades a nightmare.

Perforce plugin is so bad that there is no way to have it working correctly on big instances.
