I really like Outcraft AI's technical support; everything is fast and high quality. The product works very well, and in the two to three months we've been using it, we haven't had any issues. I also appreciate that they listen to ideas and understand client needs, implementing some of them. Their service makes our clients happy by providing 24/7 support and real-time answers, which significantly increases customer satisfaction. I like that the team is good and quite responsive, delivering what they promise. The technology is there, and in general, just the idea of the platform is quite good.
