It handles conversations across different channels, which makes the follow-up process feel much more seamless. I love how fast it gets to a lead. A demo request used to just sit there until someone on my team got around to it. Now I have Outcraft on the phone with the lead in a couple of minutes. It asks the right stuff and books the meeting for me right there on the call. I also like that it's not just a voice bot. If the call goes to voicemail, it shoots a text for me. If they reply on email, it picks the thread up there. My lead gets one conversation instead of five bots bugging them. It actually sounds like a person too. On most calls I've listened to, the lead had no clue they were talking to AI. I'm getting a lot more out of it than I'm paying for. One extra meeting a month pretty much covers the cost, and I'm getting a lot more than that. The setup took me a bit longer than I thought it would. I had to tune the voice, the script, and the fallback rules before the calls sounded the way I wanted them to. The biggest problem it solves for me is slow follow-up. My inbound leads used to cool off while they sat in a queue, so I was losing deals I'd already paid to generate. Now Outcraft calls them in a couple of minutes, and I'm booking meetings I would have lost. The other win is churn. Honestly, what I like most is the speed; leads get a call or text within minutes of filling out a form, way faster than we could manage manually. The voice AI also sounds surprisingly natural; most people don't even realize it's AI on the call. Feels worth it so far, the time we're saving on manual follow-up alone makes up for the cost, and we haven't had to add headcount to keep up with inbound leads. There’s definitely room to improve the dashboard’s UI and UX, but updates and refinements come almost daily—certainly weekly—and the team is about as fast as any I’ve seen when it comes to implementing high-impact improvements. It would be better if it could improve the cadence of calls, allowing enough time for a person to possibly interrupt, which is a tendency humans have in conversations.
