OttoHR Reviews & Product Details

Otto HR is an agentic HR platform: one system for hiring, payroll, benefits and compliance, from your first hire to your thousandth. Instead of handing you another dashboard, Otto — the AI agent — prepares the work. It screens and shortlists applicants, drafts company policies, prepares payroll, and tracks time off, attendance and shifts. Every consequential action is queued for a person's approval, so teams keep control while the busywork disappears. Employees get a self-service portal for their own requests, documents and payslips. As teams grow, so does the structure: branches, departments and teams, multi-step approval chains, role-based access, and an audit log of every action. Built for Türkiye and the EU — KVKK notices and consent, SGK işe giriş and çıkış filings from the employee's profile, and complementary health insurance (TSS) tracked against real headcount. GDPR-aligned, and fully bilingual in English and Turkish.
