We’ve been using Orphex to streamline our reporting automation and campaign analysis, and it’s made it easier to quickly spot performance trends and missed opportunities across channels. Customization can take a bit of time at the beginning, particularly when you’re trying to align the platform with specific business needs and internal workflows. That said, it feels like a normal part of onboarding and getting the system to fit how we work. In my experience, the long-term value more than makes up for the initial setup effort.
