What do you dislike about OrderLogix?

Multiple windows for more than 1 customers should be included as sometimes, we as a company have a requirement to check the details of more than 1 customer at a time. It's beautiful and fast software and most recommended for Contact centers. I highly recommend Orderlogix to all the organizations involved with e-commerce operations. What problems is OrderLogix solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have been using Orderlogix for a year now, and it's excellent software overall. We use OrderLogix at our company for operations related to e-commerce, and we all love using it. The best feature of OLX is it gives an option to add the notes of the conversation we had with the client/customer. If you have a repetitive client, you can easily access the previous conversation through OLX. We process most client requests using OLX as it is effortless to edit the orders and make any changes.
