Orchestrix Reviews & Product Details

Orchestrix eductaion ERP is school/college management software built for Indian institutions. It brings admissions, student records, attendance, timetable, homework, exams and report cards, fee collection, accounting, and staff payroll into one connected system, so the office stops copying data between registers and spreadsheets. Fees: set fee heads and structures per class with discounts, record counter payments (cash, UPI, card, bank, cheque) with numbered receipts, and let parents pay online through the school's own Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU or Stripe account. Collections post to a built-in ledger with trial balance and profit and loss. Parents: an Android app on Google Play (and a browser version for iPhone) shows attendance, homework, marks, timetable, fee balance and the school bus live, with messages from teachers. It is available in English, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali and Odia. Staff and HR: leave policies with accrual and carry-forward, staff attendance by hand or biometric scanner, and payroll with PF, ESI, PT and TDS. Transport: live bus tracking from the driver's phone or a GPS device, alerts when the bus nears a stop, and arrivals recorded automatically. Every role, from principal and teacher to accountant, driver and front desk, sees only what it needs, and each school's data is kept separate in the database. Add-ons include hostel, front desk, GPS devices, biometric scanners, an examination suite, multiple campuses, and SMS and email.
