## About Oralsync
Lisa is the digital phone assistant for dental practices, built by OralSync. She answers when the team can't: at opening time, over lunch, after closing, or when every line rings at once. Rules set by the practice. Per appointment type, the practice decides what Lisa may book and in which slots. Within those rules she books, reschedules and cancels. Outside them, she hands over. People for the hard calls. Urgent and medical questions go straight to the team. Lisa never gives medical advice and tells every caller at the start that she is digital. Nothing lost at the desk. After a booking the patient gets an SMS confirmation. After every call the desk gets a short summary. Same number. Calls forward from the practice's own line, so patients dial the number they already know. Lisa works alongside the practice software the team already uses, such as Exquise and Oase. Built in the Netherlands for Dutch-speaking callers, on EU servers. OralSync is building the standard for how Dutch dental practices answer the phone, together with its first practices.
