Orak-Blue Reviews & Product Details

Orak is a contract governance platform (CLM) that connects Legal, Procurement, Sales and Leadership in a single flow of contracts, approvals and decisions — with data protection built into the architecture, not added later. Built in Brazil for companies that need speed without losing control, Orak replaces scattered emails and spreadsheets with structured intake, a searchable contract repository with full version history, automatic approval routing by company, value and risk, and a complete audit trail of every decision. Key capabilities: • Structured intake — requests arrive with context, checklists and required data • Contracts & versions — drafts, redlines, history and status in one repository • Approval matrix — automatic routing by entity, value and internal policy • Powers of attorney — validate grantor, attorney, validity and limits before signature • Alerts & obligations — deadlines, renewals and next owners before they become urgent • Corporate governance — entities, board appointments, signing authorities and obligations in one environment • AI with guardrails — PII masking before any model, single AI gateway, and human decision always preserved; AI never approves or changes contract status autonomously, and customer content is never used to train models Security by design: multi-tenant row-level security, role-based permissions, hashed credentials with session revocation, and audit trails for sensitive actions — including profile simulation for support. Orak is LGPD-ready, hosts customer onboarding with guided checklists, and supports corporate cards and boleto. Plans from R$ 697/month.
