I have used it for many trainings, you can also change the speed on the training videos if needed. **What do you dislike about Oracle University?** Some training videos and courses can be really long and time consuming. **What problems is Oracle University solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping our clients answer the most demanding challenges and questions regarding cloud, and more importantly, Oracle Cloud. The content they add each year didn't justify the cost. **What problems is Oracle University solving and how is that benefiting you?** The subscription allows you to troubleshoot problems as they arise, and look forward in product implementation. It allowed me to get ahead of business demand so that I could turn around project requests faster. ### 8. They don't exist for some products at all. But Oracle is always expanding the library of courses. **What problems is Oracle University solving and how is that benefiting you?** In a large organization like where I've used Oracle University, it is very helpful to have an enormous library of courses available. It is great that you can generally find topics relevant to a wide variety of employees who work in very different areas of the company. The communication is via email /phone is good.
