We ended up going with a different software in the end that better fulfilled our needs. I liked the ease of use and customer support. **What do you dislike about Oracle Retail Planning and Optimization?** Didn't dislike anything in particular, just wasn't a huge fan. Some features could use an update as they are outdated. Live support services could be a little more knowledgeable about features of software and how to use software.
