# Can we do alerts, escalate or reminders in Unifier?

We would like users would get alerts or reminders once due date is expired.
After certain time , escaltion notification should go to direct reporting manager.

Yes, alerts can be set. Also if someone is taking too long the step can be programmed to be skipped or daily ball in court reports can be generated by the system at certain cutoffs and email to a defined list of users.
