**What do you like best about Oracle inQuira?**

I found that the InQuira’s major strength lies in its functions of refining the search results to meet my job description and previous search history. This helps me a lot by popping up knowledge articles related to the recommended topics even before I type the entire question.

**What do you dislike about Oracle inQuira?**

One of the main difficulties lies in the search for up to date information, often articles are not labeled as such or they are tangled in an archive of previous updates. This has in turn led me to fritter time on good solutions that are not longer applicable in this context, which can be irritating.

**What problems is Oracle inQuira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InQuira has turned into one-stop-shop for my entire company’s knowledge, enabling me to search for a reply to a customer question or identify a company’s internal problem immediately. This enables me to ensure that I give the customers the best services they require.

**What do you like best about Oracle inQuira?**

We are starting to implement Oracle InQuira in our company, as it will help us automate & streanline our processes. IT is easy to use and facilitates the request for lacalization.

**What do you dislike about Oracle inQuira?**

Nothing. It has been easier to use than our previus software and has truly facilitated the execution of our work

**What problems is Oracle inQuira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us create a database of custumer letters and new articles that have been received and viewed by warehouse staff.

There are some bugs in nthe software that affect the features and results sometimes.

Its one of the first generation KM tools that serves the purpose.

Very complex environment, with specific technical skills required to generate any kind of reports

Knowledge Base Management, Multi-Channel Support, Search and Navigation, Content Authoring and Editing, Integration with CRM Systems, Analytics and Reporting, Personalization, Multilingual Support, Workflow and Approval Processes, Scalability and Performance which are helpful while you are working

**What do you like best about Oracle inQuira?**

We used inQuira for many years before Oracle bought it. Our version is called Oracle Knowledge but it's the same tool. Oracle inQuira's interface is familiar to me, so I'm comfortable using it. It's fairly easy to figure out how to draft articles, submit for Editor review, and request localization. Version history is reliably maintained and it's easy to revert to previous versions. Everything is automated, which is nice. We used to have to do a lot of what we do in this tool manually.

**What do you dislike about Oracle inQuira?**

It's not a very modern interface. My main complaint about the tool is that the search feature is very limited. It often doesn't even work (I get an error message), and when it does work it's difficult to get the results I need. The text editor could use a lot of work. Adding an image to an article is a nightmare (no drag 'n drop).

**Recommendations to others considering Oracle inQuira:**

Look for something a bit more modern if you can.

My department uses it to maintain form letters sent to customers, as well as news articles read by internal employees.

**What do you like best about Oracle inQuira?**

I like that the system provides support in many ways.  The self service support has been a huge help. The best feature in my opinion is the capabilities of the system to pull in the data so we are not repeatedly asking the same things.

**What do you dislike about Oracle inQuira?**

This is a very expensive system to own and it is very complex.  I wish there was a way to make it a little easier.

**Recommendations to others considering Oracle inQuira:**

I would recommend researching all the benefits as well as cons before making the final decision.  It is very expensive but it has proven to be worth it.

**What problems is Oracle inQuira solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it appears that the roadmaps are not fully operational.  I have found ways to work around this but it takes time to do it.  This is a huge benefit to our customers so we have been dealing with the bumps in the road.
