I loved how all data once fed was easy to extract/edit/update. However it took a couple hours of training and practising to be able to easily navigate. **What do you dislike about Oracle Human Resources Analytics?** I feel the portal could be more user friendly in terms of navigation through different sections. We have several different applications that uses Oracle. Tons of different ways to enter time, PTO, and user records. It just all depends on how it's implented/use within an a companies environment. Sometimes we run into an issue with the redundancy of applications from Oracle. We have way to many applications that do the same exact thing. **Recommendations to others considering Oracle Human Resources Analytics:** This is great for a huge company. Made it easy for HR business partners to work with HRIS on getting the data we needed quickly and easy. **What do you dislike about Oracle Human Resources Analytics?** Not sure if this still applies but when I was using this I was supposed to be able to use on my IPhone but was never able to get it to work. Could have been that I was using an IPhone 3 at the time.
