"Kubernetes - The Perfect Solution"

What do you like best?

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Container Engine for Kubernetes can run on so many different platforms. There are so many different machines where Oracle Cloud Kubernetes are readily available for local docker based solution, a hosted solution, turnkey cloud solution and use of kudeadm to easily fetch the commands from various machines.

What do you dislike?

The support level is bit slow. Configuration set-up is time consuming. Moreover, it supports its own architecture. There are not lot of users so they have very small community. Support is not great with new releases and patches.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It has option for running node conformation test, running selected test, caveats, running node conformation test for other architecture, node prerequisite and limitations.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It runs on an open shift public cloud platform and kubernetes manages the clusters and service. It provides clusters and public cloud to the other available clouds in the market. It is easy to user and is very secure. Besides, it is also cost effective.

What do you like best?

Product pricing and performance. No long term contracts.

What do you dislike?

The support is very slow. It takes too long to resolve tickets and issues. It is very hard to get in contact with experts.

"Well managed Kubernetes engine"

What do you like best?

Kubernetes integration is well implemented

What do you dislike?

Associated block volume and NFS does not failover if you test failover Kubernetes nodes. But you can use NFS instead of block volumes.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Deployinng various resilient messaging tools.
