What do you like best?
Some of the features of Oracle Application Testing Suite that I like most are -
As Admin -
1 . Simple to create new projects with customized custom fields.
2 . New user credentials can be created very fast with customized access.
3 . Easy to create and modify custom fields for test , issues , test execution , dashboard etc .
As User -
1 . Easy navigation to different projects .
2 . Easy to import tests , requirements , issues in bulk .
3 . Test Set execution is easy

What do you dislike?
1 . Not able to add tests in test run sets if test run set is created .
2 . Some requirements are not covered in Reports . May it should allow to edit predefined reports to meet the requirement . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
OATS is a very complete defect tracking tool. We use it for all our software testing needs across 14 environments from dev to prod. Everyone from our developers, testers, release managers heavily utilize this tool to provide reports of all issues going into our production release, track merge requests, find which defects are ready to be promoted up to the production path, etc. We recently have even begun developing automated scripts as maven plugins to provide scheduled jobs to run these reports. Although we use jira as well, our product owners and developers provide more detail in in the OATS tickets. The filters are easy to use and it's relatively simple to find issues associated with a certain keyword in any of the fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
The UI is a bit dated and it's also slow to load at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What do you like best?
The best thing is the ease with which we are able to record the automation, pause it and process the script after recording. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
At times, it does not record properly and crashes abruptly. Also, many times scripts fail if it is not able to find the xpath of the UI component, even though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
We were able to trend and track our testing progress in a streamlined fashion that it saved my department hours of work while still communicating the necessary details to Management so that they could keep pace with our progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
The software is easy to use for a wide variety of users — it’s more friendly for those not so familiar with technology. It allowed us to transition to a new billing system when the company was acquired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
Oracle offers a lot of options and can hold a lot of information. It is versatile in its conception and allows for diverse skill level and usage. It is very easy to learn and is fairly stable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Better out of the box options for parallel regression testing sets.

Selenium Forums do not provide much solutions for the issues
