It can handle almost every logical issue with the help of a custom package and functions/procedures. I also really like that we can build in custom reports that are delivered when we deploy. **What do you dislike about Oracle Application Express?** I've found that APEX can be a bit glitchy when I'm trying to customize the layout within templates. Simple things like centering reports without taking a lot of time to write custom css, turn out to be a bit frustrating. Also, practical documentation is really hard to come by.
