- It’s fast!
- It’s ridiculously cheap!
- Simultaneous users
- Agenda (replaces Google Calendar tab or Calendar App)
- Multiple Task views
- Time tracking
- Team Chat (it’s still in Beta, though...)
- Many integrations possible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Inconsistent access to data, depending on which views you are using (ex. Home View between Icon and List view)
- Incomplete "Online Presence" feature, which should show where are your teammates
- Time tracking works, but it really needs a dedicated, isolated Time tracking history, accessible with one click. We used Everhour before and having a complete, focused and searchable history is really a time-saving feature
- Although we would love to use the Desktop App all the time, it has more problems than the web app.
- While in Team Chat, we would love if clicking on a notification while in a call opened the link in a different window. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customization and template options. Time tracking and it's so easy to use, is my go-to app when managing all my projects (even the personal ones). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not having a way to do invoices or at least a way to bill for the time tracked or tasks done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ora has plenty of features and replaces several apps for me: It's great for personal and team task management and includes time tracking. I can organize my tasks, thoughts and even files and share them within my team or with clients who don't need a paid account. It's made by a small company and therefore is very flexible. The native windows App has a few bugs and I don't like to use it but use the web browser version instead. The iOS app doesn't have all the features the web app has. Overall, Ora.pm should be used in a web browser mainly.
Also, the V4 updates broke some features which, as their support told me, were deprecated (but still in the UI). Once I knew that, I had no issues anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is consuming less cpu and energy, works fast. You will spend even less time because the UI/UX is very practical. Almost 6-7 tools bundled with it, you can replace jira, slack, toggle, zoom and more with just one tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Chat is beta now but it's fine. I wish to use meeting and chat server as self hosted for latency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love it's simple UI, advanced features, and perfect combination of features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't dislike anything though, sometimes the app needs to refreshed once in while in order to sync tasks across devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ora is one of the most versatile project management tools I have ever used. With its "Add ON's" feature you have the flexibility to create a project management system that you customize to your workflow. The best part is that you can change it up per project so each one can have different features and a different way of management depending on your needs. Brilliant! The mobile app is great, but it's still a work in progress, I believe, so not all features work as they do on the desktop/web app. But I know for a fact they are working to improve this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our team can see what we need to do on any given day/week/month in addition to what other teammates are working on. We can move tasks back and forth from one another and stay in communication about our various tasks/projects. It's been amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Learning curve - I am not a detail oriented or organized person by nature so it's a challenge for me to even use a project management system. This felt hard but the payoff has been worth it. I still don't really grasp everything after several weeks of using it daily but I am getting there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The time tracking feature is really well-developed, it is crucial for me to track the work time of my team, Ora makes it really easy to do.
The UI design is really good and eye-catching, the interface is easy to understand, which rarely is the case with task managing software. Everything from deadlines to projects is clearly visible and easy to adjust.
There is a huge variety of existing task types, which is great.
Furthermore, Ora has the option to create online meetings, which is great for remote working.
This software has all the important features that are needed for a successful online working environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The night mode could use a few improvements, it is not visible everywhere, only in the small portion of the interface.
The interface sounds are rather offputting and I recommend turning them off (it should be like so by the default) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
