Their support system is awesome. **What do you dislike about Optivate?** I guess the fact that I am limited on creating reports. **What problems is Optivate solving and how is that benefiting you?** We do not have any issues at this time. ### 2. Easy to see patient appointments and where they have been routed within the clinic. **What do you dislike about Optivate?** Not easy to navigate easily with keyboard and typing (have to click each entry with mouse) but on the other hand, it reduces variability with techs inputting data. Not easy to compare current and previous exams efficiently, would be good to be able to compare them side by side. Not easy to compare current and previous images/files. **What problems is Optivate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Able to seamlessly edit and input data among different users ### 3. It is easy to learn and easty to teach. **What do you dislike about Optivate?** You cannot update the pharmacies on your own. In order to update it has to be at the end of the day and it takes a very long time. **Recommendations to others considering Optivate:** I wold recommend this software to all. It is very easy to use and I have made several customized templates for letters, blood work orders, H & P's for our surgery center. I have to train employees on the software ad I find it to be very easy to train someone with no experience. The company is local so if I need help i can reach out to them and have a resolution within minutes. If they cannot fix it through logging in, then they come into the office fairly quickly and resolve any problems. The doctors I work with learned the software very easily as well and they find it very easy to navigate throughout exams, assessments, billing, etc. It is easy to find pharmacies and you can send in a prescription within seconds. We have used the software for years and do regular updates. We are still finding new and useful shortcuts to t his day. It also has a lock screen for Hipaa which is nice as well. I am not sure if our administrator has set it up this way but I don't like it. **What problems is Optivate solving and how is that benefiting you?** patient information, scanning documents and having everything ready when they come in ### 5. They are easy to move through and easy to find.
