Incredibly easy to set up and highly knowledgeable staff providing support throughout the implementation process. We had a relatively simple plan and the OT team made the process easy enough for me to set up on my own, without the help of external consultants or other costly implementation resources.

Like any new platform being implemented, it takes some time to get used to the functionality. I have only been using the software for a few months, so I am still relatively new and learning its capabilities. That being said, so far I have found that the user interface is very simple (in a good way) and clear. In comparison to other systems I have used for equity management, all of the site areas are easy to navigate and seem to end up being what I expected them to look like / be able to do. The only thing so far I would like to see is the ability to have a dedicated support rep for more involved issues (other than routine items that pop up day to day). OptionTrax has provided discipline in our equity management processes, and comprehensive insight into our grants and related finances. Implementation required a good deal of work, but all of it was something we needed to do - and was beneficial to our practices in the long run, so well worth the time spent. Now our processes are better defined and integrated into our daily routines.

OptionTrax includes reporting designed to calculate finance and equity disclosures for our SEC filings, so it has also simplified our compliance practices. That also gives us increased confidence in the accuracy of our disclosures.

Customer support is responsive and catches items that we may have otherwise missed. I use OptionTrax almost daily.

Some complicated and unorthodox grants have been difficult to fit into the system, but that is to be expected.
