OpenVoy Reviews & Product Details

OpenVoy is a web-based operations system for tour operators, destination management companies (DMCs) and travel agencies. It covers the work from the first traveller request until the trip is over. Requests from website forms and forwarded emails are created as deals and assigned to consultants by market or speciality. The sales CRM includes email templates, follow-up sequences that stop when the traveller replies, call logging, and AI-drafted replies that a consultant reviews before sending. The itinerary builder creates day-by-day trips from a library of accommodation, activities and transport. Each line is priced per person, per night or per item, with a margin. Trips can be imported from existing text, translated into seven languages and shared as a web page where travellers can comment on each day. After a trip is booked, OpenVoy tracks payment plans with deposits and balances, checklists, travellers, flights and documents. Reports show response time, conversion and revenue by market, source and consultant. A weekly email gives each consultant a list of next actions.
