**What do you like best about OpenUp?**

- It is very easy to make an online appointment with one of the therapists, no approval from the manager or HR is needed 
- OpenUp is almost 24/7 avaiable, also in the weekends, for whenever our employees need someone to talk to
- Available in multiple languages, because we understood from our people that is is easier to talk about personal challenges in your native language.

**What do you dislike about OpenUp?**

We are an international company with several offices around the world. We understood that our colleagues in Australia sometimes don't have that many options yet to talk to available therapists, given the differen timezones. But we hope this will be solved in the near future.

**What problems is OpenUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To make coaching / therapists available for the employees who need someone to talk to at any given moment.
This benefits their wellbeing , feeling appreciated, and finding solutions for any challenges they might have.

**What do you like best about OpenUp?**

What I really like about OpenUp is that it is always very quickly available. The moment you or a colleague is dealing with something, you can refer them to OpenUp and the colleague can quickly get help. This makes it very accessible.

Additionally, there are a lot of other tools that colleagues can use for their own mental well-being, such as the masterclasses.

It's also nice that family members can use it too. It's very useful for leaders as well. Together with OpenUp, we look at how you, as a leader, can handle certain situations.

**What do you dislike about OpenUp?**

The masterclasses are often on the same days/times. Therefore, it is sometimes difficult to participate.

**What problems is OpenUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Colleagues who need help because they encounter something are quickly assisted. Without long waiting times. That is very nice and helpful.

**What do you like best about OpenUp?**

OpenUp is a fantastic, accessible tool for all levels within the organization. In addition to very useful tips and easy-to-follow masterclasses on many diverse, yet always current topics, one can call upon a psychologist in their own language within 24 hours. Even family members are allowed to use OpenUp. It helps managers to point this out to team members and thus further assist them.

**What do you dislike about OpenUp?**

The masterclasses mostly take place on the same day of the week. More distribution would be great, also in terms of the time of day.

**What problems is OpenUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides calm when stress is experienced for any reason. It is easy and quickly accessible. Nothing remains "simmering."

**What do you like best about OpenUp?**

I notice the accessibility of the platform (via laptop and phone) really lowers the treshold for employees to try out the platform. The fact that it offers self check-ins, articles as well as 1-on-1 conversations makes the platform helpful for a wide range of preferences and needs. Other than that, from an HR perspective, OpenUp's monthly reports and customer support help us leverage the platform's offerings in ways that best fit our organization and needs.

**What do you dislike about OpenUp?**

So far I have not experiences downsides to using OpenUp in our organization.

**What problems is OpenUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenUp helps us carry out our priority of supporting employees' vitality and wellbeing. It offers employees an external perspective that complements the offerings we drive internally.

**What do you like best about OpenUp?**

The convenience and accessibility of the platform, there is suitable help for everyone, whether you want to improve something, solve something, or just gain extra knowledge, everything is there!

The one-on-one sessions are highly recommended and offer quick preventive help. Additionally, I really enjoy experiencing how, for example, in masterclasses, you learn from other colleagues and companies dealing with the same issues.

**What do you dislike about OpenUp?**

There are currently no disadvantages, we are in the pilot phase and intend to deploy the platform nationwide.

**What problems is OpenUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick prevention, less absenteeism, and reduction of waiting times because there is quick help both preventively and curatively.

**What do you like best about OpenUp?**

OpenUp offers exceptional 1:1 sessions that not only support employees on an individual level but also bring a sense of calm and reassurance to the team leads. OpenUp team has been nothing but approachable and willing to share best practices in all possible areas.

**What do you dislike about OpenUp?**

The ease of OpenUp integration into a business may vary depending on the company's culture and existing practices, hence one may come accross higher employee resistance.

**What problems is OpenUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenUp is providing professional support to the employees in need. Besides great tools and materials, 1:1 sessions come as the highest valued service. 
Employees may seek conversations outside of work or need help that collegues or managers are not always equipped to provide, this is when OpenUp jumps in.

They have fun content that is easy to share with employees. In addition, they cover interesting topics. The conversations with the psychologists are also very nice, as you receive good tips and get tools to work on yourself.

**What do you dislike about OpenUp?**

No comments. For now there is nothing to dislike. Keep up th good work!

**What problems is OpenUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps employees work proactively on themselves. Just like working on your physical self, it is also important to work on your mental self. Openup supports this well and it is visible in a decrease in absenteeism figures on both short-term and long-term absenteeism.

**What do you like best about OpenUp?**

As HR Advisor, I'm very grateful that we can offer OpenUp to our employees. I only hear great and positive reactions from our employees. The fact that you can already plan a 1-1 chat with a psychologist withing a day is great. Next to that, they also offer a lot of interesting content.

OpenUp is very easy to use, implementing it doesn't cost any effort. OpenUp has a lot of content available for you to launch the tool. 
The people working at OpenUp are also great, they have a great CS & Support team.

**What do you dislike about OpenUp?**

There is nothing that I dislike about OpenUp!

**What problems is OpenUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our company its very helpful that employees can get in touch easily with a psychologist, without endless waiting lists.

- very intensive support during the introduction phase
- very flexible accommodation of our customer requests
- good integrability into our operational reality
- easy usability of the digital tool
- quick accessibility of the experts

**What do you dislike about OpenUp?**

For my taste, there is sometimes too much talk about the topic of "lifestyle." This does not always align with the (shared) objectives. "Mental health" or "mental well-being" would be more acceptable terms for me.

**What problems is OpenUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not have a specific problem. Currently, we are implementing the OpenUp program in an affiliated company and are experiencing a clear and professional focus on objectives.

**What do you like best about OpenUp?**

It's been nothing but a pleasure to work with OpenUp. From the first few talks to the implementation and finally using the wealth of features there was always someone at our side. The intregration was as easy as it can get and the numbers and feedback speak for themselves.

**What do you dislike about OpenUp?**

I have honestly not a single complaint about OpenUp. I can only recommend it.

**What problems is OpenUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to create more awareness on mental health at work and also give our employees a tool to improve or maintain a healthy way of life.
