What do you like best about OpenTrack?

I like OpenTrack's ease of use and incredible visibility, which are standout features for me. The ability to set up customer portals for shippers or customers adds flexibility and convenience. "This product just simply works," making my experience seamless. OpenTrack's integrations and partnerships with ports, rail lines, and drayage carriers enhance visibility and make the product incredibly sticky with our brokerage. What do you dislike about OpenTrack?

Still working on onboarding all of our dray carriers, it's not as simple as ocean containers where you turn on OpenTrack and boom you have all your updates. It would be nice if we could upload our dray carrier base and the OpenTrack team somehow took that and worked on all the onboarding so there's less we have to do.
