Files are backed up securely so I don't need to worry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not really a downside but it was difficult to navigate at first however once getting used to it, it is no longer an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OpenText Server Backup?

Carbonite Server Backup is a versatile solution that allows for both physical and virtual machines to be protected. The product allows us to comfortably ensure RPO targets on enterprise systems while being able to manage historical backup data from onsite and cloud storage platforms. What do you dislike about OpenText Server Backup?

Carbonite Server Backup has had very few downsides compared to other solutions available for the enterprise. The GUI is sufficient but could use a bit of an overhaul as the look and feel is a bit antiquated, but the overall product works perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OpenText Server Backup?

It was an easy job to set up, a user-friendly dashboard and it does all the backup during off-hours. Rebooting from the backup is easy and takes no time. Since all the backup is in the cloud, it can be done from anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
