The installation is simple and the setup a breeze. If you encounter any problems the custom support is top notch and responds to issues quickly. **What do you dislike about OpenText Server Backup?** Does not have any SQL database maintenance features and those must be run separately. Formerly, I had both the backup of the SQL database and the database maintenance automated in the same script, but now with Carbonite I must run the database maintenance manually.
