Excellent customer service if I have a question, and ability to easily retrieve and backup computers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Initially, the home page was confusing to me, and I think if there were some links to explanations for each menu option that would be helpful. Through trial and error, I was able to figure things out, and in contacting customer support I was able to obtain a helpful user guide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the AS400/Iseries - the ability to schedule backup and have them run unattended. Notification on status to know that backups were succesful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The windows server backups are not easy to decifer and virtualization/recovery is much more involved versus Datto. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
