This might not be the fault of Carbonite or rather my employer not explaining it, but the difference between different Carbonite products is really unclear. I like the ease of use and reliability. Knowing that I can access the dashboard and get a comprehensive understanding of our fleet's statuses is very useful. Occasionally the client will just fail to connect to the server. That gets annoying. Everything will be updated and current, the device is connected to the network, and often it even shows on the device that it's connected, but even after restarting the DC service it still doesn't back up.
