What do you like best about OpenText Cloudally Backup for Microsoft 365?

CloudAlly stands out as one of the better Office 365 backup solutions particularly with its ease of setup and its intuitive interface. Other solutions we've tried require setting up role-based permissions in the Exchange and using service account credentials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpenText Cloudally Backup for Microsoft 365?

The most frequent backup interval available is daily. I would prefer to see at least 2-3 times daily backups, which would bring it more in line with some competing products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
