OpenTeeSheet Reviews & Product Details

OpenTeeSheet is booking software for golf simulator studios, built so a studio can run with no one at the front desk. Golfers book a bay and pay online, and a booking is only confirmed after Stripe confirms the payment. The golfer then gets a door PIN that works only for their session, issued once payment clears and expired when the session ends. Payments go through the studio's own Stripe account, and OpenTeeSheet takes zero commission on bookings. Studios set their own cancellation window (30 minutes to 7 days): cancellations before it are refunded automatically, and prepaid payments inside it are kept. Optional digital waivers must be accepted before payment, and an optional whole-dollar no-show fee is shown to and agreed by the golfer before paying. If a lock refuses a code, the booking is flagged and the owner is alerted by email and text with the code to enter by hand. Owners manage bookings from the web dashboard or the iOS app. Pricing is a flat monthly fee: Starter $149/month (up to 4 bays) and Pro $249/month (unlimited bays), with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required to start.
