What I liked most about Openstream EVA is how natural and human-like the conversation flow feels. It doesn’t respond like a basic chatbot – over time, it starts understanding context and gives replies that actually feel like it knows what’s going on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I didn’t like about Openstream EVA is that while it’s great with simple and repetitive queries, it struggles a bit with complex, multi-part questions.
