**What do you like best about Openstream EVA?**

What I liked most about Openstream EVA is how natural and human-like the conversation flow feels. It doesn’t respond like a basic chatbot – over time, it starts understanding context and gives replies that actually feel like it knows what’s going on.

**What do you dislike about Openstream EVA?**

One thing I didn’t like about Openstream EVA is that while it’s great with simple and repetitive queries, it struggles a bit with complex, multi-part questions. It sometimes gives vague or generic answers instead of digging deeper which is frustrating when users are expecting more precise help.

**What problems is Openstream EVA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem EVA is solving for us is the overload of repetitive queries from users both customers and internal employees. Earlier, the support team was spending a lot of time answering the same basic questions every day. EVA has taken over a good chunk of that, which means our team can now focus on more complex issues instead of being stuck in a loop.

The most impressive thing about Open Stream EVA is how naturally it can handle real-time conversations across multiple channels. It doesn’t feel clunky or scripted like many other automation tools.

**What do you dislike about Openstream EVA?**

While Open Stream EVA does a lot right, it’s not perfect. One of the biggest drawbacks is the initial setup and training time.

Main problem EVA tackles is the gap between businesses and customers who expect fast, natural, 24/7 support across multiple channels

**What do you like best about Openstream EVA?**

As an Openstream CRM software it is more advanced, useful for small and medium sized organization at a reasonable cost. It is used widely, and user friendly or easy to learn features and reliability makes this software more dominating in market.

**What do you dislike about Openstream EVA?**

Software is lagging and hanged during the working operation. Though it is at reasonable cost but for small level organization it is still tough to purchase and implement the same. Some of the features are not well explained so it will remain untouched or unused.

**Recommendations to others considering Openstream EVA:**

If you are looking for help to create a well organized system at organization to make the organization more efficient and increase efficiency and effectiveness in the day to day routine work as well as important tasks too.

With the help of Openstream CRM it is easy to use and learn, additionally data, document & content management features are help to secure the same at safe and single place. Still small training suite will help to know more about software and features are helpful.

It's an Intelligent dialogue engine, It's salesforce automation, Marketing Automation, Customer service Management, Automation of Marketing Campaigns and many other features.

**What do you dislike about Openstream EVA?**

Customer service support is not good and Extended production support is only through third-party providers.

**What problems is Openstream EVA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me to run my marketing campaigns easily and it is one of the best CRM I have used before.
