There is not much to dislike. If I had to point to one thing, it would be that new signature designs or major changes have to go through their team, which means you are working within their process rather than building everything instantly on your own. That does introduce a small amount of turnaround time.

That said, the turnaround has been quick in our experience, and the quality is always solid. It has not created any real friction for us. If anything, having their team involved ensures everything is built correctly and aligned with best practices. So while there is a process to follow, it has not been an issue in practice. Honestly, there’s very little to dislike about Opensense itself. If anything, the only minor challenge comes from Google's restrictions on certain signature settings and integrations, which are outside of Opensense’s control. Despite these limitations, the Opensense team does an excellent job of providing workarounds and guidance to ensure the best possible experience. Some of the backend setup involves light coding, which can be challenging when making more advanced changes on your own. I occasionally struggle with updating email signature images or getting email banners to display exactly how I envision without assistance. Their support has been fantastic. They walk us through the implementation process and ensure all of our needs are met. Our company was going through domain changes and new integrations needed to be setup and they were able to be there every step of the way. They also took in my feedback about the GUI of their system and added changes immediately. They created new support KBs as well for new implementations we were having. The security settings are a bit more locked down when making domain changes. I had to reach out to support if I needed to duplicate configurations across different domains.
