They don't have access to the latest tools that can boost productivitiy. You'd have to buy it yourself. 2. Their sourcing staff could be improved. Needs a lot of hand holding which takes away my time. You can find other recruiters who deliver results, but you'll spend way more time and be way more frustrated. **What do you dislike about OpenReq?** No actual downsides, but generally working on hourly instead of contingent means you'll pay even if the position doesn't get filled. I think this is more of an advantage than a downside, as contingent recruiters will generally cost more per hire. **Recommendations to others considering OpenReq:** Get them integrated into your recruiting process early. They are very flexible and will generally work within your framework! **What problems is OpenReq solving and how is that benefiting you?** OpenReq helps us with our recruiting needs through contracting services.
