The three specific areas where we needed help were: (1) accelerating client acquisition, (2) reducing CAC, and (3) bringing deep vertical platform expertise to structurally and sustainably help scale the business. The team has outperformed and overdelivered on all metrics: within 90 days we have seen both a material spike in new clients and a notable reduction in total cost.
