**What do you like best about OpenDQ?**

OpenDQ has worked very well for us. The platform is fast, flexible, and easy to work with, very scalable- very high marks for this.
 
could not find any other platform with depth of features and integration around data quality, master data management, rules engine and knowledge graphs, Customer/Product 360. AI/ML is used remarkably well
to assist the user without compromising trust and always involves review processes and human in loop. The zero license cost model is amazing we do not have to worry about number of records, CPU, Servers, Users. Excellent integration with Azure and other systems.

**What do you dislike about OpenDQ?**

Inline documentation can expand, video based training will be welcome.

**What problems is OpenDQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Master Data Management, Knowledge graph, Rules Engine, Customer-360, Integrates all the above technologies to build trust in the data and the AI integrations help us answer questions with accuracy unlike standard LLM based systems.

Zero licensing cost, rapid implementation, and excellent technical team and technical support.

**What do you dislike about OpenDQ?**

Documentation can be improved, multimedia-based training can be useful.

**What problems is OpenDQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complex project involving multiple data domains: Customer, Vendor, and Prospect, and managing a single identity between lifecycle transitions. OpenDQ manages real-time identity stitching with the Customer Data Platform and offline customer, prospect, and vendor profiles. OpenDQ is giving us a 360-degree view of all the data domains in near real-time.
