It also is easy to change ownership and edit rights of documents, which makes transfer and completion of requests easier than it was with our previous program, IBM Notes. **What do you dislike about Opcenter MOM?** The software is so outdated. It's like working on a computer from 1995. We migrated our controlled documents to CP from IBM Notes but honestly as of now they don't seem very different. Organization is key, but it's almost overly organized, so much so that things are buried in folders that take ages to find. Unless you know what you're looking for specifically, you'll never find it! **Recommendations to others considering Opcenter MOM:** Pay for professional training and make sure that you send your employees.
